Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Head of Property Management and the Global Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the provision of all facilities and amenities related services, included but not limited to reception, switchboard and help desk, catering, cleaning, front of house engineering, staff fitness and wellbeing services, staff soft services, and environmental management. You will provide manage contractors, provide long term strategic planning, create company guidelines and control all aspects of financial expenditure for the facilities budgets.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have 10 years of experience within facilities management, preferably with another investment bank of financial institution. As this role will report globally, you will have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and client service skills, with flawless English a prerequisite.
