Job Description

Reporting to the Asia General Manager and the Global Head of Real Estate, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper management and reporting on the budget and schedule for all assigned capital projects. You will establish the company's real estate requirements in the region, including the assessment of potential options available for single and co-development status and the processes with governmental and commercial organisations, that the firm must consider in developing its own RE project in China and will formulate strategies to support and meet these processes.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have at least 15 years of experience in the corporate real estate department of a large global firm supporting design and construction activities, including development, design and construction experience in Asia and emerging markets. You will be knowledgeable with various construction codes and labour practises in the region and have excellent experience in means and methods of construction, with the ability to challenge complex scheduling or critical path requirements.
