About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of retail, corporate and institutional banking products and services to a diversified global client base and is recognised as a dynamic international financial services organisation. A rare opportunity now exists to build up their Operational Risk function in Hong Kong.

Job Description
Reporting to the regional head of Risk, you will be crafting and implementing the firm's regional Risk plan, and developing key risk indicators and regular reporting requirements for the business. The role will require you to liaise and build relationships with senior management overseas, local business unit heads, and work with key project managers.

The Successful Applicant
Degree-qualified, you will possess between 8-10 years experience gained from an Operational Risk or Compliance environment having worked in an international Retail, Corporate and/or Investment Bank. You will have proven experience in developing and deploying Operational Risk frameworks, policies, strategies, procedures, and systems, and be keen to contribute your skills in a flat structure and dynamic environment. This role will require the incumbent to think laterally, define the position, and make it their own.
