Job Description

This is a high profile role which forms part of the leadership team and will drive transformational change and growth. Your broad remit will include:

  • Leading and developing a support function into a true partnering model that provides strategic HR services into the business.
  • Support the business on a high population growth through effective delivery of HR capability across OD, L&D, Talent Management, Comp and Bens and HR Business Partners.
  • Address attrition issues at lower grade levels and develop high performance and talent at a leadership level.
  • Build, lead and coach a high performance HR team that are recognized as class leading by internal customers.
  • Navigate and manage sensitive cross cultural dynamics both internally and internationally with other global regions and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a high performing HR leader with significant experience across the following areas:

  • Background from a global organization – FTSE 100 or 250 / Fortune 500. “Western” working principles / company experience.
  • Large employee populations with significant change / growth.
  • High performance candidate, progressive career – strong / demonstrated leadership competencies (Gravitas / Credibility).
  • Proven track record of driving change / transformation across multiple business lines.
  • Pro active style – navigate politically sensitive environment but strength of character to execute decisions and drive change whilst managing BAU. Ability to stem attrition at low level grades and grow leadership.
  • Experience of leading and motivating, coaching and building lean yet high performing HR teams. Experience of HR Business Partner and HRO model.
