Our client is one of the worlds largest investment banks, strongly represented in Asia and around the world, offering an extensive suite of services including those across investment banking, asset management and private equity. Several excellent senior sales opportunities exist to join one of their sales teams focused on expanding a key part of the business in the Trade Finance sector.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include working closely with relationship managers to develop and manage a portfolio of large MNC's from Fortune 500 companies to local corporate clients, with a primary focus on Trade products and services, whilst also growing your portfolio through business development. You will also be required to show the ability to design and implement strategic plans to cross sell other banking product, liaising with other product development teams to generate new products. The ability to demonstrate the required aptitude to succeed in a sales environment, driving the business in this key growth area.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will show a proven track record in a similar Sales capacity with established connections with major corporates in Hong Kong. A strong knowledge of the Trade Finance business, including network trade and structured trade. To be considered you will have a degree in Finance, Business or other related discipline, with at least 5 to 7 years experience gained within an International Bank. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are essential (Cantonese and Mandarin).
