Job Description
Providing strategic, direction and leadership to the project management team, the project management consultants and other consultants. Coordinating and leading discussions at the Project Steering Committee to ensure that sufficient direction, empowerment and approvals are provided to the project management team to run the project smoothly, effectively and within timeliness laid down in the Master Program. Setting up business group and working group to drive the project at an operational level. By monitoring the project program and continually reassessing the operational risks inherent in the project and either seeking to resolve them at a personal level or to take them to the two Projects’ Steering Committee for resolution. Careful monitoring and proactive management of project expenses.e space that is efficient, inspirational, stimulating, comfortable, befitting of a leading global bank.

The Successful Applicant

In this position, you should possess well rounded Corporate Real Estate knowledge covering the following key areas:

Leasing with a good understanding on local market practices.

Project and programmer management experience/skills local knowledge in government/fit out practice/processes.

Facilities management (including physical security).
