Job Description

  • Department & Technical Training Center administration
  • Project Managing of Regional Training
  • Consultancy of training organization of the subsidiaries
  • Coordination with local training coordinators
  • Consultancy of training organization of the subsidiaries
  • Annual Training Needs Analysis and Training Plan
  • Training delivery

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrate high levels of personal awareness, insight and integrity; possess a positive working attitude
  • Ability to create enthusiasm for joint goals / efforts and lead with optimism while driving for results
  • Demonstrate core behaviours such as integrity, accountability, accuracy, consistency, reliability and rapport with supervisors and colleagues
  • Degree in HR / Training or BA
  • 5 years or above experience in the training field, with at least 3 year experience in managerial capacity
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organization skills, a team player
  • Creative with a bright character
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office application
