Job Description
Reporting to the Director of HR, China, you will be responsible for the overall execution of human capital development initiatives which includes training, development, and other HR programs for strengthening the organizational capabilities in China. You will work with plant GMs and senior people in the sales offices to coordinate and monitor an effective Human Resources Program. Working closely with management and regional team, you will execute the overall Human Capital Development plan in line with company?s objectives. You will provide training and staff development solutions to different market segments and promote organization learning culture in the region. You will implement training curriculum and specifications and be involved in ad hoc HR projects to improve employee productivity, effectiveness and engagement.

The Successful Applicant
Degree educated with a strong track record in Human Capital Development roles, you will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience gained within multinational organizations. You will have prior experience in managing training initiatives in China. HR generalists with a strong passion and hands-on experience in training are also welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese will also be required for the role.
