Job Description
You will be leading the Training team to develop, adopt and implement of the soft skill trainings to support regional initiatives. You will continuously assess, design and improve the training systems.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidates will be degree educated with at least 3-5 years experiences working within training roles in large organizations. Candidates with hotel background will be highly considered. Fluency in English is essential and besides you must be energetic and independent.
