Due to unprecedented growth and as part of the efforts to further strengthen their market position, the company is seeking an experience Training & Development practitioner to lead the training team in Shenzhen.
Job Description
Reporting into department head, you will be an essential part of the regional Training and development team. Your key responsibility will include the development, adoption and implementation of the sales training curriculum to support regional and local sales training initiatives. You will also be in charge of driving the alignment and standardization of training and development, as well as identifying tools, resources and programs materials to accelerate the company's competence. In addition, daily duties will include organizing, coordination and delivering training programs.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a university graduate with at least 5 years experience in training. More important, you will have detailed knowledge of customer service, frontline training as well as practical experience in sales. You will possess effective communication skills and leadership skills. A good command of English is essential and you must be highly motivated, energetic and passionate about delivering training.
