About Our Client
Our client is one of the world's leading Global Distribution Systems providers in the Travel industry.

Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of the design and implementation of product training to both customers and internal staff. Your objective is to provide a high standard of customer service by offering various training and development programs across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will provide recommendations to enhance and modify training materials as well as assistance in testing and implementing these programs. Across local markets, you will work with each Country Manager to conduct customized trainings according to their specific needs. Externally, you will promote the full range of products and services, provide regular product updates as well as identify potential business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you have a minimum 3 years of experience in the training/education discipline where you have delivered training in an e-learning or webex learning environment. You must have a strong display of communication, interpersonal and people skills as well as the competency in using MS Office suite products and applications. Your previous experience in the airline/travel industry is a definite advantage while your understanding of adult learning principles and techniques are critical to the success of this position. Finally you must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
