Job Description
Reporting to the HRD, you will in charge of develop and implement training and development strategy to ensure the employees' skills and performance meet the business needs. You will identify training needs as well as design and deliver training program. Also be responsible for annual training budget and training plan set up and review.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree holder with a minimum of 5 years training experiences within multinational electronic companies or semiconductor manufacturing companies. You will be qualified as a TTT trainer with fluency in English and Mandarin.
