Job Description
Working closely with the world's leading Banking and Financial Services companies, you will develop a portfolio of clients and work closely with them in identifying and sourcing Technology professionals that will add value to their organisation. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle including working with existing and new clients and candidates to develop long term relationships, leading business development efforts to develop new clients and identify business opportunities, sourcing and screening candidates and co-ordination of the entire recruitment process including offer management. As a recruiter you will need to be comfortable hitting challenging targets and thrive working in a fast paced sales driven environment.

The Successful Applicant
We are seeking outstanding individuals with 1-3 years of work experience in the sales, recruitment or IT sector who would relish the opportunity of operating in a dynamic market focusing on IT Recruitment for the Banking and Financial Services Sector. As such, we seek strong negotiating and influencing skills, good commercial acumen and a sustained capacity for hard work. You will possess first class communication skills combined with a professional approach, enthusiasm, drive and determination. Complete fluency in English is essential.
