Job Description

• Collect and analyze market trends in the industrial technology sector
• Develop long-term technical and strategic plans
• Manage product development - creating new product development plans, planning the execution etc
• Provide technical training to the staff
• Advise and provide solutions to optimize productivity
• Resolving technical issues
• Cost control for all the processes

The Successful Applicant

• Bilingual in English & Chinese (Fluency in German is a plus)
• At least 8 - 10 years of experience in the coating / finishing industry
