Our client is a well established and growing Hong Kong listed conglomerate with diverse portfolios in property development and investment.

Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a Senior Accounting Officer role doing tax & treasury for China Projects. You major duty will be assisting in devising internal controls for tax compliance and implementing tax planning arrangement for development projects. In addition, you will be preparing research on Chine tax laws and providing support for project acquisition in China, company set-up, merger and acquisition and transfer pricing. Besides, you will be involved in various sorts of treasury activities as well.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should be a degree holder with professional qualification (or a finalist) with PRC real estate/property development experience. Understanding of PRC related rules and regulations is desirable. The ability to speak Mandarin is necessary.
