Job Description
Reporting to the North Asia Director of Taxation you will work in a small and dedicated tax team providing detailed and strategic advisory to the groups' multiple China business units. Working with business leaders you will formulate and execute China taxation strategy, ensure international compliance as well as monitor and mitigate group taxation risks. You will gain invaluable exposure to regional tax issues and also work with a global corporate.
The Successful Applicant
You will be:
- A CPA/CTA qualified finance professional with at least 5 years tax experience gained within a Big-4 firm or the in-house tax team of a respected multinational organization.
- Possess a strong understanding of China tax regulation and be capable of providing commercial and strategic advisory across business units and countries.
- Possess a clear understanding of US tax reporting requirements and SOX.
- A team player who can work effectively within a dedicated tax team and also influence business unit leaders.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
