Job Description

Your responsibilities will be to provide tax planning and business advisory services to multi-national corporations and large Hong Kong based companies investing into China. You will be required to provide tax planning and business advisory services to PRC companies intending to go public or conduct business in Hong Kong or other markets. Assist clients to establish companies in China. You will advise buyers or vendors on cross border mergers and acquisitions activities.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a university degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate tax or related fields coupled with a general knowledge of tax laws with specialized knowledge in one or more technical areas. As a part of this team you will need to travel within Greater China and you should demonstrate an excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
