Job Description

• Lead tax consulting and compliance service
• Plan and scope work, control, supervise and review work of staff on Tax engagements
• Draft reports for partner review and report of findings to clients in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance within the team with Deloitte policies and quality/performance standards
• Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation
• Manage and supervise senior and junior staffs in day to day work
• Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or above in tax, accounting, finance, law or other related disciplines
• Professional accounting qualification or PRC registered tax agent or lawyer is required
• Experience in tax function with CPA firms(Big 4 experience is preferred), law firms, tax authorities or large corporation
• In-depth understanding of tax policies, rules and regulations
• Analytical and highly commitment to quality client service
• Consultation skills, communication skills, self-initiation, teamwork spirit and willingness to work under pressure
• Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and business development skills
• Written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills
• Willing to travel
