Job Description
Reporting into HRM, your will play as a key professional to drive entire corporation talent assessment system. You will be responsible for plan, implement and develop effective and reliable talent assessment programs through recruitment analysis, talent evaluation tools establishment, and organization structure streamline. Specifically, you will act as a HR business partner to review and implement corporate development initiatives and support changing business needs.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant is a master degree holder with major of human recourses or psychology and minimum 3 years of talent assessment experience. A professional level of skills in talent measurement tools development and implementation is required. With strong business acumen and high energy level, you will have a “hands-on” and result driven approach. Strong ability to be work independently and career driven is a must.
