Job Description

• Implement Learning & Development strategy to support talent development blueprint of the Group.
• Identify training needs, design, develop, teach and evaluate training courses.
• Arrange, chair and make speech different types of training and personal development activities.

The Successful Applicant

• University graduate
• Above 4 years working experience, above 2 years of trainer experience in large scale company preferred
• Trainer experience in large telecommunications or hotline operation center preferred but not required..
• Familiar with Hong Kong market consumer habits, good communication skills, presentation skills, project management skills.
• Fluent Cantonese, understanding of spoken and written English for staff level and Business level English for Senior Trainer position ( similar to assistant Manager level).
