About Our Client
Our client is a Hong Kong listed bank, and currently they are expanding their business in South China. Now they are searching for a Support team Manager to help with the business growth.

Job Description

• To prepare or check periodically ad hoc reports and returns to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of reporting.
• To input/maintain loan related data in PUBIC/SAFE system and to ensure all data input are correct and input promptly. To reconcile the relevant suspense/GL accounts; identifying outstanding items/irregularities with timely escalation and following up.
• To follow and ensure all exceptions are properly handled or referred by reviewing daily reports. Identify exceptions/ad hoc events and observe escalation procedures to mitigate the potential risks exposed to the bank.
• To perform and conduct UAT of system enhancement, e.g. GARM or any other banking/reporting systems or other systems as required.
• To relief the supervisors/senior clerks of documentation team, offer team and transactions team.
• To obediently carry out and execute the jobs/works assigned by superiors.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree, major in Financial or relevant disciplines.
• Working experiences, preferentially with experiences in banking operations.
• Self-motivation, willing to work under pressure.
