About Our Client
Our client is a US Fortune 500 company in FMCG field.

Job Description

Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible in:

  • Formulating strategies of inventory management programs and procurement processes, managing inventory, maintaining adequate sources of supply to ensure the requirements for assigned goods and services
  • Maintaining control of inventory levels by achieving demand forecast plan, distribution plans and regular review of slow moving, obsolete and excess inventory
  • Developing strategies to achieve the best combination of price, quality and services.
  • Driving cost reduction and service improvement of 3rd party logistic service providers and OEM companies
  • Ensuring the minimum handling and storage cost of imported goods and materials by proper selection of mode of shipping, routing and timing of arrival
  • Coordinating well between front-end and backend of supply chain to ensure demand supply in good balance to meet the promotional programs and marketing plans

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor degree in logistics or supply chain management or equivalent with a minimum 4 years experience in senior position with regional responsibilities, preferably in FMCG field. Solid SAP experience is a must. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
