Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the premier launch of the brand in Macau. You will play a vital role in influencing the brand's presence as well as its expansion in the region. You will oversee daily store operations including product training, sales forecasts and inventory management. You will manage visual merchandising while executing marketing programmes in line with the brand's global image. You will also be responsible for delivering quality customer service and be involved in market and competitor studies.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in retail store operations with luxury products. You will have a background in any luxury products with an established clientèle. You will have an in-depth knowledge of retail store operations in luxury retail as well as the latest market trends. A creative and entrepreneurial leader, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and deliver outstanding leadership and customer service. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
