Job Description

  • Setting goals for the work group on a regional market level, developing organizational capability, and modeling how they work together
  • Supporting the implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practice to promote key message and achieve a competitive advantage
  • Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results
  • Prepares, communicates and educates client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the organization
  • Manage all aspects of store development and lead field teams in the assessment and resolution of relevant issues for potential property acquisitions
  • Negotiate and closes real estate acquisition agreements as approved by the company
  • Researches new and existing real estate acquisition and development opportunities through broker networks, new market surveys, visits and discussion with external partners
  • Provided partners with coaching, feedback, and development opportunities and building effective teams
  • Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements and inspires them to achieve business results

The Successful Applicant

  • More than 5 years of progressive experience in business planning in a multiple-industry and multi-unit retailing organization
  • More than 3 years of experience in project management in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage
  • Experience in real estate deal making and negotiation
  • Ability to apply sound business principles and practice to project management and change management processes
  • Ability to comprehend lease provisions and to discern material risk factors
  • Knowledge of real estate, development and asset management processes
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Presentation skills and organizational skills
