Job Description

• This job contribute to success of the company by supporting new store development team in market planning and site selection, consistent with the company's store development portfolio and investment goals
• Implement standard network planning and mapping for the area market, organize biannually or quarterly NWP update
• Support field real estate team on analytical tools employ for site evaluation and other performance management
• Maintain on line GIS mapping system and POI information update
• Conduct investment analysis, data investigation and case study
• Conduct new store post opening analysis and trade zone performance analysis
• Prepares management and business plan report. Complies integrated market strategy report, lead post-audit customer survey and ad hoc project execution or reporting
• Direct line report to network planning team leader, dotted line report to field Real Estate team leader

The Successful Applicant

• At least 3 years of experience in business planning in a and retailing organization
• Knowledge of commercial evaluation metrics Multi-project management experience
• Network planing , market mapping or related function Ability to work cross-culturally
• Advanced modeling and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to development relations across all levels
