About Our Client
Our client is the world's leading manufacturer of camping gear and outdoor equipment.

Job Description

• Manage over 150 suppliers and about 5 auditors
• Work with direct supervisor and BU leaders on strategy and goal setting
• Coordinate with auditors, arrange social compliance and audits according to BU audit plan
• Monitoring and follow up suppliers’ corrective action plan
• Work with team to drive supplier continuous improvement
• Work with major customers to understand and implement their requirement
• Develop training to suppliers.

The Successful Applicant

• University graduated with Bachelor degree
• At least 6 years experience in social compliance and CTPAT audits
• Fluent in oral and written English
