Job Description

Reporting to the Regional COO, you will support the implementation of regional strategic initiatives. Specifically this will include ensuring the implementation of Six Sigma principles related to the insurance business, the review of project plans, the management of business critical projects and liaising with key stakeholders across the organisation. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring Six Sigma Black Belts within the project team.

The Successful Applicant

Degree qualified, you will have a strong project management background gained from the insurance or financial services environment. You will be an accredited Six Sigma Master Black Belt with experience training and developing staff. The ability to deliver innovative recommendations, demonstrate an adaptable approach and display excellent leadership skills will be crucial to your success.
