About Our Client
Our client is a French multinational company with its major brand store in presence in over 15 countries with 560 stores. The Group has over 46,000 employees worldwide and an income of 6 billion euros in 2010. For its South China Finance Production headquarter in Guangzhou as well as its ambitious development plans in Southern China , they are now looking for talents in accountant to join their Shared Service Center.

Job Description

Directly reporting to the Shared Service Team Manager and leading a team around 4, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain the accounting database and ensure its reliability
• Issue finalized reports on time, including P&L accounts, that correspond to the needs of each user
• Coordinate the Production Leaders and their managers with feedback on all of the accounting cycles and notify on the indicators of their activity; Advocate and bring action plans into force
• Responsible for financial audit and coordinate the audit process
• According to your profile and experience, you are in charge of one specific area of responsibility such as inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation, consolidation department reporting, fixed assets management, payroll management, Control/declare tax refund and VAT payable etc
• Mastering our internal procedures and information systems will allow you to become a trainer for other accountants in Asia.
• Contribute new ideas for improving our work flow such as applying lean management

The Successful Applicant
To be a successful applicant, you should have a Bachelor/Master degree in Accountant, qualification holder in ACCA/CICPA or equivalent will be a plus. You should have at least three year working experience in accountant within multinational background with good exposure in full-function accountant field, familiarity with IFRS, PRC Taxation and PRC GAAP will be a good advantage. In order for future success, you should also be a passionate sport lover and a good team player. Good command of Chinese and English is also required for smooth communicating, understating French will be a plus.
