Job Description

Reporting to Managing Director, China, you are to synchronize supply with demand by directing and coordinating resources of the three plants in China. Specifically, the supply of product is ensured to satisfy the customers’ expectation by managing an efficient and effective order fulfillment process, under which a highly market-responsive production scheduling, a just-in-time management on materials and inventory, and a cost-effective inbound and outbound transportation should be achieved.

- Planning & Scheduling

- Finished Inventory & Raw Materials Control

- Perform business metrics analysis and optimize the supply chain function in China

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field.
• Minimum 3 years of national supply chain management experience in FMCG sector.
• Analytical skills and initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent people skills and responsive to internal as well as external customers.
