Our client is a leading global luxury empire, with an impressive host of brands recognised as being amongst the most stylish in the world.

Job Description

This dynamic role will see you take charge of all matters relating to the planning, execution and project management of all new and existing stores across the Asia region, including yearly budgeting and forecasts, premises assessment, project coordination, operator appraisal and project management. You will be responsible for negotiating with landlords and contractors for all building and security issues, preparing yearly store projects proposals and budgets, and monitoring the constant schedule and costs associated with each project.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in a related discipline, you will have at least 8 years experience in Project Management from planning to execution preferably from the retail industry. You will have excellent attention to detail, good negotiation and planning and communication skills, and have a proven track record of delivering projects with an emphasis on quality, time and budget. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
