Job Description
Reporting to the Senior HR manager, the Recruitment Manager will being working with different BU line manager to work out the annual recruitment plan, maintaining/reviewing the recruitment channel, and acting as the recruiting consultant to coordinate recruitment plans with different departments and business unit, and in addition, you will be involved with campus recruitment as well.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have to possess a bachelor degree with a minimum 5 years of working experience in recruitment, including 3 years as a managerial role, you will have to familiar with effective channel and have innovative ideas for channel development. Good communication skills both in English and in Chinese, quick minded, detail oriented and good interpersonal skill is essential.
