Our client is a US Fortune 50 retailer. An opportunity now exists for an experienced recruiting practitioner to join their procurement function, part of their global operation.
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior HR Director, you will be responsible for defining and developing talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies, procedures and initiatives. You will also be involved in the selection process of senior recruitment and develop effective selection tools. You will work closely with business leaders to understand their needs, drive the employer branding strategy and build positive relationships with a variety of key stakeholders including internal clients, recruitment companies and search firms.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified, you will have at least eight years of experience in a recruitment management function within a large multinational organisation or recruitment company. Critical to your success will be your detailed understanding of contemporary recruitment systems and practices, while having the confidence to influence key decision makers. Fluency in English is essential. Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Staffing Director.
