About Our Client
Our client is a fashion brand focusing on the high end market. This is a newly created role to manage quality assurance of their handbag and accessories business.
Job Description
As QA Manager, handbags, you will be responsible for the quality performance and production control of handbag business. You will communicate with customers to understand their requirements on quality and lead the quality assurance and control team to fulfill quality requirements. You will provide corrective and improvement action to customers, internal sourcing and merchandising teams and suppliers. You will review supplier conditions and performance and find areas for further improvements. You will provide support to production allocation and optimisation.
The Successful Applicant
To be qualified as QA Manager, handbags, you will have at least 10 years experience in quality assurance in the handbag or related areas. You will be able to set up new SOP, review and refine the current quality process and operation. You will be able to lead the QA team and provide coaching to team members. You will understand the quality standards of handbags and fashion accessories. You will speak fluent English and Mandarin and possess excellent communication skills.
