About Our Client
Our client is Swedish company with top multimedia brands as their clients, with their recent expansion, they are looking for an experienced senior production industrial engineer.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director, you will lead the new production introduction process - trial run, equipment/tool control, capacity assessment. Establishing and maintaining a good layout, process of production, balance rate of production to meet demanding requirements internally and externally would be part of your bigger responsibility. Working closely with development engineer for product development you will actively support production and quality team for process innovation, yield enhancement and quality improvement.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a university graduate with good command of written English and you will be a major in science or engineering related. Experience wise, you will have 4 years of working experience and it is highly advantageous if you have bag/shoe industry experience. You will be diligent, result oriented with analytic capability and excellent team spirit. You will also be skillful in using industrial engineer tools such as process flowchart, productivity balance rate.
