About Our Client
Our client is a MNC and is one of the leaders in its industry. With their recent expansion, they are looking for an experienced and capable Senior Process Engineering Manager to lead the whole Assembly Engineering team to support production and improve yield, quality, productivity and reduce cost.

Job Description
Reporting to the Assembly Operations Director, you will be responsible for the management of the Process and Manufacturing Engineering staff for generation and support of manufacturing processes, including procedures, equipment and training of production staff. You will also be responsible for the direction and supervision of the Process and Manufacturing Engineering with regards to training, motivation, development and staffing. More important responsibilities would include ensuring that all project specific tasks are staffed with the required skill mix needed to solve complex technical problems such as process optimization and write proposals, capital justifications, specifications and operating procedures in support of management and technical leadership responsibilities.

The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have a bachelor in Engineering though a Masters Degree in Engineering would be preferred. You should also possess at least 8 years working experience in semiconductor assembly environment and have a minimum of 2 years experience in management and 4 years experience in technical leadership of engineering staff. Solid experience in Process Engineering Management is highly essential for the role along with strong communication skills in English.
