Job Description

Responsible for leading teams to improve process yield and improve Production capability.

• Design and setup production process for new products
• Facility Layout
• Review the existing production processes, develop plans to improve productivity and product's quality.
• Responsible for the training of reporting subordinates to meet the required skills level in order to be able to carry out their tasks effectively.
• Product production line setup, including machines maintenance, line debug and improvement.
• Improve machine utilization and reduce machine downtime.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering/Mechanical or relevant Engineering discipline
• At least 2 yrs working exp. in Electronics / EMS field.
• Knowledge & exposure in SMT equipment & manufacturing.
• Knowledge and exposure in systems/unit level manufacturing
• Strong communication skills.
• Computer skills on Windows and MS Office.
• Understanding and knowledge of ISO Quality Systems
• Have good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
