About Our Client
Our client is a boutique financial institution based in Hong Kong specializing in small-mid cap capital market transactions. They are looking to hire an experienced individual to join their execution team.

Job Description
The senior manager will bring significant number of years of experience to the team. In this critical role, you will actively participate in the execution efforts for IPO transactions across various industries. You will also assist in providing corporate finance advisory work to clients including Hong Kong listed and pre-IPO companies. Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills will be required because you will drive the delivery of exceptional market research and financial analysis to both internal and external clients.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful, you will have a minimum of 3 years of IPO execution and corporate finance experience. Excellent capital markets knowledge is essential. In addition, you will need strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. You will possess the ability to work well under pressure, be self-motivated, and independent.
