Job Description
You will work with the Head of Legal and other colleagues to supervise the Company’s derivatives business. You will take care of all legal matters in relation to warrant issuances independently. Furthermore, you will draft and review different types of legal documents in relation to financial products and ensure the Company is in compliance with local laws & regulations. You will mainly liaise with professional parties, colleagues and authorities in Hong Kong.

The Successful Applicant
You must have gained more than 5 years of legal work experience with a sizable organization, preferably an investment bank / financial institution / securities house. Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience gained within the areas of warrant issuance and derivatives trading agreements are required. Ideally, you should be a qualified lawyer of any jurisdiction, though non qualified derivatives / legal & compliance specialists will also be considered. You should hold a university degree and command fluent English & Cantonese. Those who possess Mandarin will be an added advantage.
