Job Description
You will be part of the Corporate Learning & Development team working closely with the corporate HR team. In this high level strategic position, you will be mainly responsible for planning and implementing all professional initiatives and people development within the organization. More, your key responsibilities will include the development, adoption and implementation of all-rounded training curriculum to support national initiatives. You will continuously assess, design and improve the training in co-ordination with the business needs.
The Successful Applicant
You will have 5 to 8 years experience in developing and delivering training programs. Ability to effectively influence business leaders to implement training that drives business performance. You will also be able to create and articulate a training strategy. Proven project management and problem solving skills are essential.
