Job Description

• Project pitching: project positioning, pricing, marketing plan, sales and launch strategy
• Source and market real estate en-bloc investment opportunities (office, retail, serviced apartment, hotel, etc) and real estate project financing (equity financing and debt financing) to institutional investors including real estate funds, insurance companies, developers, etc
• Lead the team to prepare investment memorandum for real estate investment projects
• Participation and taking lead in negotiation, DD

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in finance, investment and real estate related disciplines
• Has seasoned experience and knowledge in real estate
• At least 5 years in real estate investment area, especially hands on investment experience in commercial real estate
• Good at deal structure and negotiation
• Good team work and leadership, be able to lead a team
