About Our Client
Our Client, is a leading International professional consultancy firm, seeks a high caliber individual to join their Corporate Services Department to manage the design for their leading Client in the Hong Kong region.
Job Description
You will report to the Chief Designer to lead and manage a team of interiors designers and draftsperson to produce space plans, design/CAD drawings. Space planning, design presentation, tendering and site construction will all be a major part of your job to ensure project quality and good client relationship. In addition you will prepare proposals for feasibility studies, fit-out and renovation works in commercial facilities.
Another addition to your role you will work in the Project Management team for design works mainly retail shops/branches and corporate offices and be given the opportunity to handle design projects in PRC mainland and other cities of the region.
The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in Interior Design/Architecture or relevant Degree with 12 + years relevant working experience, with 7+ years at senior design/management. You will have excellent space planning, design development and management, good hand sketching technique, proficiency in AutoCAD and photoshop, knowledge of 3-D drawing application a definite competitive advantage edge. You will have excellent communication skills with clients, and co-ordinate with other professionals internally and externally. Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written (able to speak Mandarin an advantage). You will be a good team leader, positive, cheerful and have a can-do attitude.
