Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will manage the cost savings initiatives and developing high quality sourcing programs for IT products and services across Asia. You will be providing sourcing expertise to various IT groups including formulating competitive strategies for new requirements and renewals, managing the RFX process and negotiation. This will entail managing the entire sourcing project through every stage to delivery and applying specialist knowledge to identify potential sourcing opportunities and leverage knowledge of supplier market place. You will effectively manage the spending across a broad range of IT areas including software, hosted solutions, distributed hardware and network / infrastructure solutions.

The Successful Applicant

With a degree, you will have at least 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, contract negotiation etc in IT products or services. You will have the ability to work autonomously but as a strong team player with the ability to lead and influence a diverse group of people. With strong analytical & critical thinking skills, you will also possess effective project management and communication skills. Fluency in English is definite with Mandarin or Japanese as an advantage. Experience in the financial service sector is highly preferred.
