With over 9,000 employees worldwide, alibaba.com is the leading provider of online trading activities, offering a range of comprehensive services to importers and exporters. Due to rapid expansion, an opportunity has arisen for two HR Managers to join their energetic team.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior HR Director, the two Senior HR Managers will serve as HR business partners and be responsible for all HR functions for the assigned business units in HK and overseas offices. At the same time, they will assume a specialist role in the following two areas: (1) Senior HR Manager (Staffing and Global Practice) with responsibility for developing centralized staffing strategy to support global expansion. (2) Senior HR Manager (Training & Development and Employee Relations) who will oversee all learning and development initiatives and employee engagement functions.

The Successful Applicant
For both roles, you will be degree qualified with a minimum of 8 years’ HR generalist experience within a sizable organization or high-growth industry. Prior specialist exposure to Staffing and/or Training & Development is highly desirable. You will be familiar with labour law in HK and have considerable exposure to international and China markets. A committed team player you will be detail-minded, results-oriented, hands-on and self-motivated. A sound command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be a pre-requisite. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the roles of HR Managers.
