Job Description

• Lead the South China Commercial and R&D staffing work and drive continuous improvement on both staffing cycle time and staffing effectiveness;
• Drive the continuous improvement of SC commercial team leadership capability and employees engagement;
• Provide overall HR Generalist supporting, including Staffing, C&B, L&D, Performance management;
• Extend HR support to the whole SC employees when necessary;
• Deploy all SC HR initiatives in commercial, and R&D.

The Successful Applicant

• 6-8 years HR experience, with 3-4 years at Supervisory level, preferably a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline;
• Experience working in MNC in HR covering Staffing, C&B, ER;
• Strong Communication Skills and good command of English;
• Self- motivated.
