Job Description

Reporting directly to the Area Portfolio Manager, Greater China, you will be responsible for all facility management activities at the Campus that is in size 150,000 sqm+. You will ensure the real estate assets are properly maintained, facilities are operated efficiently, and that service level expectations are met through effective vendor management of outsourced suppliers. You will also manage occupancy planning, moves, adds, and churn projects in existing facilities. The scope of responsibility includes assuming day-to-day local responsibility for managing the facilities helpdesk, health and safety, A/V, reception, mail and courier services, waste and cleaning, etc. This individual will coordinate with leaders within the organization and business unit representatives to ensure participation and compliance with regional programs, policies, standards and best-practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.A. or B.S. in Facilities Management or CFM
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, construction management, or related field, ideally in the provision of facilities for management
  • Strong relationship skills; able to develop "trusted advisor" status with senior management
  • High energy and enthusiasm to effectively manage the local organization and service delivery function
  • Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communications skills (written and verbal); proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Client side experience within an MNC is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to provide regular, on-going feedback to team resulting in strong team performance
  • Ability to identify, retain, coach, and develop future Facilities Managers
