Job Description

Reporting to our Senior Management, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of the Distribution Centres located in Fanling, Shatin and Kwai Chung. Your are required to actively look for efficient and effective ways to reduce costs while maintaining same KPIs and better service levels. Enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the operational flows, as well as executing new initiatives to improve work processes, safety and security are important to the role. You are required to develop a professional and motivated operations team as well as implement efficient manpower planning and monitoring. Maintaining good communication with internal and external parties is also required.

The Successful Applicant

To excel in the role, you should be tertiary educated, preferably with qualification in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or commensurate with minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing Distribution Centres of significant size. Knowledge of inventory management, VAS, WMS and ERP is a definite advantage. Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills as well as proficient computer skill in MS Office are prerequisite. You should be hardworking, independent and aggressive with strong leadership and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and willing to work in different locations are essential.
