My client is the top property development and management company in Asian pacific, it is engaged in property development, investment and management, and construction and decoration services. In last 10 years, they launched some global projects and subsidiary companies in overseas. This role will locate in BANGKOK, THAILAND.

Job Description

As a Chief Engineer, you will report to General Manager of property management, and lead Engineering Department (10 Staff) to conduct services in main areas concerning daily operations, preventive maintenance and service work orders of the head office.

Your key responsibilities are including:

  • Manage the engineering and execution of plan regarding maintenance, repair and installation, and maintain a high level of engineering practice;
  • Administer and supervise Engineering teams; Provide training and education on all engineering quality standards;
  • Provide technical consultation in mechanical and electrical problems, and provide guidance to solve them in the most efficient way;
  • Maintain liaison with departments and teams, especially with Property Management and Customer Service to ensure service level quality to tenants;

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
  • At least 10 years of experience in engineering management, and 5 years of experience as head of department in Building Management;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Fluent in Chinese preferred;
  • Computer literate;
  • Be able to communicate and conduct presentation to top management;
  • Have good interpersonal and management skills;
