Job Description
Reporting to the HRD you will be develop, review and evaluate compensation and benefits strategy and programs for both local and foreign staffs. By analyzing and recommending of remuneration packages, you will act on a consultative basis by monitoring C&B trends as well as effectively communicating the various C&B programs within the organization.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be degree holder in HR or relevant subjects with at least 8 years solid C&B experiences in MNC.You have strong knowledge of employment regulations, labor laws and payroll practices in China and HK. You will possess strong analytical, problem solving and personal files management. Fluency in English is a must.
