Deal flow is very healthy and they are keen to add a talented Senior Associate to the team.

Job Description
As a Senior Associate you will be responsible for partly building up the investment pipeline and identifying investment opportunities, while you will participate in full-cycle execution including origination, evaluation, research, DD, modeling, marketing, structuring of engagements and transactions. You will manage existing investment portfolios and provide financial advisory service and pre-IPO assistance to portfolio companies.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Senior Associate Level Candidate has 4-5 years of experience in PE/Banking either with buy or sell side experience and you must have covered the A-share market, thus understanding the China capital market. Chemistry between this candidate and the team is key and you will have to possess strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with your internal and external stakeholders.
