Our client is a leading consulting company which dedicates itself in providing professional consultancy for clients especially in financial industry to drive business performance. They are now seeking a seasoned senior Talents & Rewards analyst for their financial services clients.
Job Description
Working alongside the T&R consultants, you will coordinate and deliver a full spectrum of T&R solutions for the company’s banking and financial services clients within APAC. You will work on project-basis to advise on areas such as executive compensation and rewards management in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will also assist in market research and reporting, be responsible for relationship-building and ensure the services best meet the clients’ needs.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in economics, finance, mathematics or other quantitative majors, with at least 3 years of experience in rewards or business strategy gained in a financial background. Candidates with a C&B background in a financial firm would be ideal. You will be numerical, highly analytical and able to present logically. You will also be a problem solver and a good team player. You will have excellent communications and interpersonal skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese. Additional Asian language ability will be an added advantage. Regional travel is required.
